I had the most amazing stay at this resort. The architecture was stunning and the lush landscape made it even more beautiful. Every single detail exuded luxury, from the spacious and well-designed rooms to the impeccable service provided by the staff. Speaking of the staff, they truly knew how to make me feel pampered and respected throughout my entire stay. One of the best aspects was the location of the hotel, just a short 20-minute drive from the old city and night bazaars. This allowed me to enjoy the tranquility of the resort while still being able to easily explore the city. The hotel also provided a free shuttle bus with convenient timing for those who wanted to venture into the city. I cannot wait for another opportunity to visit this resort and relive the unforgettable memories it provided.

Stunning and magnificent buildings, beautifully appointed villas, fantastic food in Thai and Chinese restaurants, professional and friendly staff, helpful concierge.

Service not geared for international tourists, lack of English speakers, some issues with maintenance, aging villas with small issues, run-down kids' club, lowered prices but not as pristine as other 5-star resorts.

This hotel offers the ultimate luxurious experience. From the moment I walked in, the exclusive amenities and amazing service created a relaxing atmosphere. I enjoyed the Spa centre, which offered a large variety of treatment options. The exotic garden area was the perfect place to unwind. Additionally, the outdoor swimming pool and Jacuzzi were perfect for some refreshing leisure time. Moreover, the room advantages were exceptional with unique decorations and private facilities. The food was delicious and catered to all dietary requirements.

The only issue I encountered was the lack of entertainment. There were not many options for activities during the off-season.

The architecture of the villas was beautiful and the staff was friendly and helpful. The location was also perfect because it was close to many key attractions. We really enjoyed the food at the on-site restaurants, it was very tasty. And the activities inside the resort were fun and exciting.

The grounds seemed to have been neglected and many areas were closed off. The cleanliness of the villas was not up to par, and the facilities were clearly outdated.
