The beds were comfy and the AC was strong and silent. We loved the contemporary color scheme and design of the rooms. The hotel provided a free shuttle to the beach and Baazan market. The staff was helpful, especially the female members. They promptly fulfilled our request for a birthday candle. We appreciated the fresh milk provided as the powdered milk was expired. On Christmas, the manager surprised us with a card and chocolate. The shuttle drivers were polite and accommodating. Even though they couldn't provide twin beds, they gave us an extra blanket for the king bed.

We felt completely happy with our stay, no complaints whatsoever.

Excellent location near a popular mall, with easy access to Patong beach by renting a bike. Currently undergoing construction, but not bothersome. Highly recommended for honeymoons, offering good value for money.

I had a great stay at this resort, with its peaceful atmosphere and beautiful design. The location was ideal, just a short walk from the hustle and bustle of the main area. The room was cozy and the bed was perfect, allowing for a comfortable night's sleep. The staff were extremely polite and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay.

The WiFi connection was a bit poor, making it difficult to stay connected.

This hotel was an absolute luxury experience. From the moment I arrived, the friendly and helpful staff were there to attend to my every need. The exclusive amenities, including the Spa & wellness centre, Outdoor swimming pool and Sun loungers on the beautiful Sun terrace, exceeded my expectations. Not to mention the Restaurant, where the exquisite breakfast and in-room breakfast offerings were mouth-watering. The private facilities created a feeling of exclusivity and high-end luxury, making me feel well taken care of at all times.

Although this hotel provided a blissful experience, I did encounter a minor issue. The Beach umbrellas were not easily accessible, which made it difficult to enjoy the beautiful garden area and poolside snack bar.

During my Christmas vacation at this hotel, I appreciated the pleasant staff that provided free breakfast and free Wi-Fi. the hotel's location was central and easy to find, with easy access to places like a shopping centre, food markets, and restaurants. the bed was very comfortable, and the pool area was delightful for relaxing around.

The elevator was slow, and there were mosquitos. there was disruptive construction noise throughout the day, which made it hard to unwind during pool and coffee time.

We had a wonderful stay at Dinso Resort. The bed was super comfortable, the pool was nice, and the breakfast had a great variety with small changes each day. The staff were also very helpful. We found the hotel easily and had easy access to everything. I would highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

Everything is what i need and want.

The staff was extremely nice and helpful. The pool was lovely and the staff at the pool bar was amazing. The buffet breakfast was too good and the room was beautiful.
