I had a fantastic stay at a popular hotel in Bangkok. The staff were so polite and professional, making check-in and check-out a breeze. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the room was clean with fresh towels. The room service was delicious and available 24 hours. The location of the hotel was great, with easy access to nearby Thai restaurants and shops. The air-conditioning worked perfectly, keeping the room nice and cold without any noise. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Although the room was clean and comfortable, it was a bit small for two people and didn't offer enough space for our bags. Additionally, the limited room service choices could be improved, and it would have been nice to have a toilet spray in the room.

De kamers waren ruim en schoon, en het zwembad was natuurlijk erg leuk. We hebben vooral genoten van het kinderzwembad met de vele speeltjes. Het personeel was over het algemeen vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Gelukkig was de locatie van het hotel perfect, direct aan het strand en dicht bij het centrum van de stad. We hebben echt genoten van ons verblijf hier!

I was pleasantly surprised by the impressive breakfast choices at Doubletree By Hilton. The variety and quality of the food exceeded my expectations. Additionally, the service throughout the hotel was excellent, with friendly and attentive staff always ready to assist. The location, just a short 5-minute walk from the Skytrain station, made it convenient for exploring the city. The spacious room provided a comfortable and relaxing stay. I also appreciated the thoughtful gesture of a welcome drink and snack upon arrival.

As a family, we absolutely loved our stay at the hotel near the metro line and Sukhumvit Road. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing us with umbrellas during the rainy week. The Thai food at the hotel was exceptionally good, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The gym was okay and allowed us to maintain our workout routine, while the pool was a nice addition to relax and cool off.

Convenient location, 5 minutes walk to BTS station. Japanese fine dining nearby. Local food stalls on main street. Friendly staff, served cookies instead of drinks. Great facilities, 24-hour gym, stunning pool. Will definitely return.

I had a fantastic stay at Doubletree By Hilton. The location was perfect, with plenty of local eateries and a 7-11 just a stone's throw away. Being a short 5-minute walk from the Phrom Phong BTS and EmQuartier shopping complex was incredibly convenient. The "Tea etc." shop right outside the BTS station was a personal favorite of mine.

The room equipment was fantastic, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The hotel's location in the business area was perfect, with plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. I also loved the fact that there was a great pool for my kids to enjoy, with different depth levels and fun water play options.

The hotel guide was not up to date, as I followed a recommendation for a rooftop bar only to find out it had been closed for months. Additionally, the coffee served at breakfast was absolutely terrible.

Upon arrival, I was offered complimentary breakfast and a discounted rate. the breakfast buffet had a great selection and variety. the hotel was in a lively area, with convenient access to shops and restaurants.

the heavy traffic in the area was inconvenient.

The hotel is conveniently located close to Phrom Phong station, just across from a shopping mall. It provides easy access to various tourist attractions and is in close proximity to a beautiful shopping center and major Bangkok areas. The rooms are well-furnished with comfortable beds and bathrooms are clean with all necessary amenities. The service provided by the staff is friendly and the breakfast offers a variety of delicious options. Guests can enjoy the stunning view from their rooms and take advantage of facilities such as a fitness center and pool.

The hotel lacks a few facilities.

I recently stayed at Doubletree in Bangkok for a week for a shopping trip. The hotel's location was perfect, with shopping malls like Emporium and Emquartier nearby. The staff were friendly and the rooms were comfortable and clean. I also enjoyed the convenient access to the BTS station and great massage places like Asia Herb. The food options, from street food to fancy restaurants, were plentiful. Plus, there was a fantastic restaurant grill at the nearby Hilton. a great experience.

As a disabled guest, I appreciated the easy access to the sky train and taxis, making it convenient to explore the city. The nearby shopping complex and other shopping areas along the sky train route were also a plus. The pool area was comfortable and practical, with showers available for early arrivals and late departures. The front office staff, especially Ms. Toon, were incredibly accommodating and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. The breakfast offered a variety of choices from different cuisines. Special dietary needs were well taken care of by the Director of Operations, Mr. Umair.
