The breakfast options were delicious and varied, and the facilities were top-notch, particularly the clean and relaxing pool and spa on the top floor. The location was perfect, with easy access to nearby restaurants, bars, and shops. The rooms were incredibly quiet, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The rooms were a bit dated and not as fabulous as the pictures portrayed. The towels in the room seemed old and not very soft or fluffy.

We loved the location of this hotel, right in the heart of the city center. It was so convenient to be close to the Asok Skytrain station and have everything we needed within walking distance. The service here was exceptional, from the friendly bellboys to the helpful receptionists. They were always willing to go above and beyond to assist us with any request.

The only downside we encountered was that the air-conditioning in the restaurant was blowing directly at us, making it uncomfortably cold. We had to ask to be moved to a different table the next day to avoid the chilly draft.

We chose to stay in the liveliest area and were happy with a nearby station that made transportation convenient. The hotel staff were friendly and attentive, with continuous excellent service from call taxis, reception, and even security. The rooms were clean and tidy, with well-appointed amenities, specifically an immaculately serviced spacious room. Moreover, it was situated close to the nightlife without being disruptive.

We noticed that the Christmas music played by the pool was not in line with the season, which distracted us somewhat from our experience.
