The staff at this hotel are absolutely fantastic, making our stay truly memorable. They were friendly, welcoming, and knew us by name. The hotel facilities were great, with comfortable rooms and a dipping pool. The pools, especially the rooftop pool, were awesome. The location, though a little off the map, provided a relaxing stay. Additionally, the breakfast service was excellent, with a good selection of food available until 11am. Transportation to the nearby beach club was also convenient.

The rooms were spacious and the bed was comfortable. the pool was beautiful and peaceful, allowing for a relaxing stay. the staff were friendly and accommodating.

The location was not ideal, with limited access to nearby attractions and a lack of transportation options. the food selection was also disappointing, with limited vegetarian options.

The hotel provides excellent service, with courteous and attentive staff. They are responsive to guest requests and go out of their way to make the stay enjoyable, even accommodating changes to birthday celebrations. The property is well-maintained, with attention to detail and cleanliness. Guests receive discounts, coupons, and complimentary services like massages, enhancing the overall experience. The resort offers entertainment options, including live music and access to the Dream Beach Club. The breakfast buffet is of high quality and offers a wide variety of options.

One downside is the limited activities in the immediate vicinity of the resort, although there is a convenience store nearby for snacks and meals.

This hotel is an oasis of luxury and tranquility. the staff is attentive and polite, anticipating our every need. We enjoyed the Spa & wellness centre with exclusive amenities and the outdoor swimming pool surrounded by beautiful garden area. the restaurant's buffet breakfast was delicious and the bar/lounge area was the perfect spot for happy hour with unique cocktails on offer.

Nonetheless, it was quickly resolved by the staff who provided us with the option to have a private dinner with exclusive facilities.

Staff were excellent and very welcoming. They provided great service and made us feel well taken care of. The room was clean and comfortable, exactly how it was shown in the photos. We also loved the food at the hotel, it was amazing and there was a nice variety to choose from.

The location of the hotel was not the best as it was quite isolated and far from town. This meant that we had to spend more on taxis to go anywhere as there weren't any convenient stores or restaurants within walking distance.
