I was pleasantly surprised by my recent stay at a hotel in a great location. The friendly staff went above and beyond to accommodate my request for a higher room. The gym on the top floor was perfect for my daily workouts. The breakfast had a wide variety of delicious choices. I would highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel is perfectly situated in the heart of town, just steps away from the bustling night market. The location couldn't be more convenient, as everything you need is right at your doorstep. The staff here are exceptional, from the welcoming doorman to the friendly receptionist and helpful chambermaid. They provided top-notch service throughout my stay, making me feel like a VIP. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. Plus, the free Wi-Fi in the rooms is a nice touch, allowing me to stay connected during my visit.

There is really no reason not to recommend this hotel to everyone. The excellent location, superb service, and comfortable rooms make it a wonderful choice for any visitor.

The Dusit D2 Chiang Mai offers a convenient location in town, with a night market right in front of the hotel. There are also fast food restaurants, Starbucks, and 7-eleven nearby, making it incredibly convenient. The hotel's fresh and vibrant decoration with its orange and white color scheme creates a pleasant and lively atmosphere. The staff, particularly Smile at the front office, provided excellent service and assistance. Her quick thinking and calm demeanor resolved a room issue and ensured a great stay. The managers who empowered her deserve praise as well.

Spent my New Year in this hotel. the proximity to the lively night markets was amazing. It was so easy hanging out with friends, trying out new dishes and socialising with locals. the food at the hotel was definitely worth every penny. the hotel staff went out of their way to make our stay comfortable by arranging a bike tour around the town and giving us lots of insider tips about the town.

I guess the only downside was the nightclub music that played loudly till wee hours of the morning, preventing us from getting some sleep.

The location of the hotel is superb, just steps away from the Night Bazaar and the popular Gulf Middle Eastern Restaurant. The staff went above and beyond to assist, providing a wheelchair for my mother when hers was defected. The beds were extremely clean and comfortable. They accommodated our request for three rooms next to each other on the same floor. We were upgraded to a modern and spacious suite. As club room guests, we had access to the lounge with complimentary drinks and appetizers.

The morning meal could have been improved with better temperature control to ensure the food stayed warm.
