The staff were friendly and helpful from check-in to check-out. The room with sea view was relaxing and the bathroom was spacious. The pool side area was also nice for a short stroll. The location was perfect for the specific room type. Will definitely consider returning in the future.

The hotel is located directly on the beach, providing a wonderful view of the sea. The rooms on the Club level are well-appointed with all the necessary amenities, including a DVD player. We had a great stay at the Dusit Thani. Our room had stunning views over Pattaya bay and the pool area. The grounds were spacious and well-kept, with multiple pools and plenty of areas to relax. The breakfast buffet was delicious and offered a good selection. we highly recommend this hotel.

We had a blast at Dusit Thani Pattaya! The hotel had amazing amenities like big pools, tennis courts, and a fully equipped fitness studio. The beachfront location was perfect, and we loved exploring nearby attractions like Terminal 21 and Chinatown. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of delicious options. It was a great place to spoil ourselves!

Staying here was a wonderful experience! The view was breathtaking, right on the beach with an incredible horizon view of the sea. This place is conveniently located in the city center and on to the beach road. The service is impeccable--from room service to wake up service--and even includes tours/ticket assistance. The amenities in the room were great; from the comfortable armchair to the balcony, and with the in-room safe, I felt completely at home. The staff here are top-notch, from the general manager to the pool attendants and maids, they provided an excellent level of service.

I recently stayed at a luxurious 5-star hotel in Thailand and was impressed by the exclusive amenities provided. The service was exceptional, making my stay even better. The spa centre was a great place to relax in with an indoor swimming pool, sauna, and jacuzzi. I especially enjoyed the outdoor swimming pool with its beautiful saltwater and beach access. There was also a sun terrace with comfortable sun loungers and a beautiful garden area.

The only minor issue I found was the BBQ facilities, which didn't work properly. However, this did not diminish my stay overall.

The check-in process was smooth and welcoming with complimentary drinks and cold towels, making me feel instantly comfortable. the view from my room was amazing, overlooking both the city and sea. the staff were always friendly and happy to help with any requests. the location was perfect, with convenient access to local transport options. I also loved having a well-stocked mini bar and good quality toiletries in the bathroom.

The breakfast experience was chaotic and overcrowded. While the variety of food choices was great, there were not enough staff to handle the rush.

The hotel is conveniently located near a metro station and taxis are available on Beach Road. The beach is situated on the property and there is a private beach as well. Guests can enjoy the walk-in shower in the renovated rooms, stunning views, and various amenities. The staff is welcoming and remembers returning guests.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right across from a big new shopping center called Terminal 21 themed on an airport. The hotel was also located in a great area, right in front of the ocean, allowing us to enjoy the beach without crossing any streets. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the facilities were top-notch. We particularly enjoyed the breakfast, which offered a wide variety to suit all tastes. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable.
