We had a fantastic stay at One Sabai Living in central Pattaya. The location couldn't be better, right across from Central Festival. Despite being in the heart of the city, the cul de sac location made it surprisingly quiet. We loved the convenience of having bars, restaurants, shops, and massage places just minutes away. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and we especially enjoyed the nice little private garden where we could relax, read a book, and listen to the birds singing. The staff was incredibly helpful and honest, even when I accidentally left my wallet with a significant amount of money on top of the safe. it was great value for money.

Good location near a shopping mall. Improved Wi-Fi and comfortable bed. Convenient for nightlife and shopping. Quiet despite being close to bars and restaurants. No need for a beach in Pattaya.

The location of the hotel is excellent as it is close to a mall and provides easy access to everything you would need. It is also conveniently located near downtown and the beach road, while still being away from the noise. The rooms are comfortable and the staff is helpful, as they promptly addressed any issues reported by guests.

One negative aspect is that some guests experienced rude behavior from the receptionist.

The location was also fantastic, situated in a quiet street away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The staff was very attentive and provided excellent service throughout my stay. The rooms were well-equipped and had all the basic amenities I needed, including a comfortable double bed. Breakfast was also a highlight, offering a variety of options to start the day.

The WiFi signal, it was only available in certain areas of the hotel which made it difficult for me to stay connected during my entire stay. , the TV could have been of better quality, the sound and picture were not on par with modern hotel standards.
