We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable; the room was spotless and the bathroom was spacious and well-maintained. The location was convenient, just a 5-minute walk to the subway line which directly connected us to the Royal Palace. Additionally, the staff was incredibly kind and always ready to assist us. They spoke good English and provided excellent service. We were pleasantly surprised with the free amenities such as coffee, tea, and snacks at the reception. The hotel facilities were great, and the comfortable bed and high water flow in the shower added to our enjoyable experience.

The hotel is a gem hidden down an alley off the Surawong Road, offering a peaceful and quiet location. The owners and staff are extremely friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. The rooms are cozy and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and a nice touch of offering water bottles.

During my Christmas stay, I enjoyed the lovely and comfortable beds, which provided a great sleep experience. the hotel's location was also a plus, as it was situated in a peaceful area yet still close to the main attractions of the city. I loved that I could easily access both the nightlife in the area and some of the embassies by foot. the friendly staff was an added advantage and made us feel at home.

That some taxi drivers had difficulty finding the hotel, which was located in a small alley. some of the staff members did not speak English, which could be troublesome at times.

There was a slight disturbance in the morning with a tapping sound that disrupted sleep.

Lovely, well-kept hotel with comfortable beds, powerful shower, smart TV, and excellent Wifi. Clean and relaxing after a long day. Owners spoke English, helpful and accommodated late check-in. Good location, close to transportation, market, and park. Excellent value for money.
