Great location, friendly and helpful staff, good aircon, nice bathroom, spacious rooms.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Patong and had a wonderful experience. The Center Hotel-Sha Certified was a perfect choice. The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. com, I even received a 2-hour later check-out, which was a great bonus. The room was spacious and well-equipped with a TV, good air conditioning, and a nice bathroom. I also appreciated the free tea and coffee sachets provided daily. The best part about the hotel was its location. Situated on a quiet side-street, it was away from the noisy main street. The hotel was conveniently located next to a night street food market and just a short walk to the beach and the popular Bangla Road. Additionally, there were plenty of restaurants, a mini-mart, massage parlours, and tour desks nearby. The hotel's on-site bar was also a lively spot to relax and watch sports events on TV.

We had a great stay at The Patong Center Hotel-Sha Certified. The location was perfect, with everything we needed within walking distance - Bangla Rd, Jungceylon Mall, Patong Beach, minimarts. The hotel itself was comfortable and spacious, providing us with a relaxing stay. The staff, especially P'Lyn, made us feel welcomed and went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. The tour packages available with in-house discounts and laundry service were also convenient. we had a pleasant experience and would stay again.

There were a few minor drawbacks, such as a clogged toilet in room 505, resulting in some unpleasant smells. Additionally, the lighting in the toilet was a bit dim.

I loved my stay at this hotel, it ticked all the right boxes for me. the location was fantastic - just a short walk from all the main attractions and party areas. It was close to everything yet still quiet enough for a good night's sleep. Secondly, the staff were brilliant - friendly, warm, and always ready to help. They made me feel like part of the family. Finally, the rooms were spacious and clean, with the added bonus of a balcony which was perfect for a long stay. this hotel offered great value for money.

What a great Xmas experience I had at this hotel! the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect - just a short walk to the main shopping mall and the night markets. the room was clean and spacious, and the aircon worked very well. I also enjoyed the pool on the rooftop, which was covered and open until late at night.

The shower had low water pressure and ran hot and cold. the bar fridge in the room was quite small.
