the staff at Family Tree were super friendly and helpful, assisting us with taxis, baggage, and even printing our boarding passes. the building had a stylish decor and there were communal spaces like a cozy cafe and a beautiful garden. the room had nice touches such as dressing gowns and daily coffee and biscuits. I really appreciated the helpfulness of the staff and the overall ambiance of the hotel.

The Family Tree Hotel exceeded all expectations with its wonderful bakery, fresh coffee, and treats in the rooms. The beds were super comfy, amenities great, and the staff incredibly helpful. We were provided with waterproof bags for our tours and the location was central and convenient. Highly recommended!

I had such a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, just a short walk away from the markets, bars, and restaurants. The design and aesthetic of the hotel were so stylish, truly a family-run gem. The coffee shop on the ground floor served delicious food and drinks, we couldn't resist going twice in one day. The staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel so welcome. The room and common areas were kept impeccably clean. I highly recommend this hotel for its great location, cleanliness, friendly staff, and delicious cafe.

While the hotel had so many positives, there were a few minor drawbacks. there was no elevator to access the higher floors, which could be challenging for some guests.

The Family Tree Hotel in Krabi exceeded our expectations as low-budget travelers. The hotel had a modern and fresh decor, with clean and comfortable rooms. The air conditioning was a great relief in the hot weather of Thailand. The family who runs the hotel was incredibly friendly and welcoming, going out of their way to help us during our stay. We also loved the complementary snacks, mini bar, and the opportunity to make our own freshly brewed coffee with the provided coffee grinder.

We felt so much at home at the Family Tree Hotel that we had no complaints whatsoever.

Nothing that I didn't like.

Loved my Christmas holiday! Cookies and coffee provided in the room were a fantastic little touch, and the complimentary evening snacks were a real treat. Location is convenient for both quiet and accessible city areas. the staff is welcoming and fluent in English. Breakfast was very fresh and served from early morning till 6 pm, which was perfect if you wanted to have a little lie-in during your break.

The AC unit in the room was a tad noisy, which may disturb your sleep but wasn't a big issue.

This hotel in the city center is a real gem. The attention to detail is impeccable, from the spacious and comfortable rooms with huge beds to the thoughtful services provided. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure a great stay.

We had the most amazing stay at Family Tree! From the warm welcome to the impeccable rooms, we felt like part of their family. the environmentally conscious approach, complementary snacks, and even our own coffee grinder made our stay extra special. the little book in the room telling the family's story was a nice touch. the staff, especially Bubu at the cafe, were exceptional. This boutique hotel is a must for a visit to Krabi!

Cozy, tastefully decorated rooms with fast WIFI, clean bathroom and ample storage. Bonus: coffee making kit with homemade coffee, high quality toiletries in eco-friendly packaging. Lovely cafe downstairs with delicious breakfast. Good location and friendly owner.

The hotel was perfectly located in the heart of the action, with easy access to all the islands. We enjoyed delicious meals at the cool restaurant below and spent relaxing evenings in the lovely cafe. The room was comfortable and well-appointed, complete with robes and coffee. The staff was friendly and provided helpful suggestions for dining options. The overall experience was fantastic and we would definitely stay here again.

The scooters provided by the hotel were in need of some maintenance.

They even helped me with my luggage up the spiral staircase, which was a bit difficult with my back injury. The cafe downstairs was absolutely lovely, serving delicious food and coffee. Although there wasn't much to do in the neighborhood, the hotel was a perfect place to relax and unwind. I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Krabi.
