We recently stayed at Felix River Kwai Resort - Sha Plus, Certified and had an amazing experience. The resort is set in beautiful acres with comfortable modern rooms that overlook a stunning garden. The swimming pool was excellent and we enjoyed having our drinks and food there. The staff at the resort, particularly Norma the public relations person, were wonderful and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Despite some confusion about our late check out, Norma helped us and made it possible for us to check out at 3 pm. The breakfast was the best we've had, with something new added each day. The staff were professional, polite, and always ready to assist us. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the resort offered a wide range of amenities and facilities to keep us entertained. The highlight for us was definitely the beautiful pool.

The breakfast, although a bit expensive, offered a wide variety of choices. The location was also convenient, with easy access to town and the nearby River Kwai bridge.

Spent Christmas in a great resort located near the river. Loved the peaceful environment and the beautiful trees surrounding the area. the pool was refreshing and towels were always available. Breakfast included a variety of choices, from western to asian style. the staff was very friendly and welcoming, always greeting with a smile.

The room had a bathtub instead of a shower cabin which was uncomfortable. For vegetarians, there were not many options available.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, surrounded by beautiful gardens and situated right by the River Kwai. It was within walking distance to the famous bridge and the center of town. The room was spacious and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities like air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a sitting area. The staff provided excellent service, always polite and professional. They even went above and beyond to accommodate a late check-out for me. The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options every day. I highly recommend this place for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

The Wi-Fi only worked in the main hotel and not in our room, causing inconvenience and additional expenses for using roaming data.

I recently stayed at Felix River Kwai Resort and had an amazing experience. The location is absolutely stunning, especially the river view rooms. It was a quick 10-minute stroll via the bridge to the town, which was actually faster than driving. The resort has great facilities and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast spread was quite good, although I was a bit disappointed that they didn't have bacon. a fantastic stay!
