I had a fantastic stay at the Four Points By Sheraton Bangkok, Sukhumvit 15. The breakfast selection was amazing, with a wide variety of delicious options from different cuisines. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The location was perfect, close to shopping malls, restaurants, and public transportation. The pool and gym facilities were great too. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Bangkok.

Good location near restaurants, BTS, and Terminal 21 mall. Comfortable rooms with friendly staff. Reasonably priced breakfast. Quiet with blackout curtains. Convenient to underground and sky train. Friendly and helpful receptionist named Aek. Free tuktuk shuttle to BTS. Spacious and clean Junior Suite with ample amenities. Stable wifi.

I had a flawless stay at Four Points. the room was spacious and comfortable, and the staff at the coffee house and chefs were pleasant. Special thanks to the helpful front desk staff for their assistance in getting around. the hotel's location in the heart of the city and its proximity to the BTS & MRT station were convenient. the free shuttles to Terminal 21 were a bonus.

Stayed here for a city trip and had a great experience. the location is perfect, just a short walk to the railway station and shopping mall. the breakfast had a great selection and the pool was relaxing. Room was spacious and bed was comfortable.

There were some negatives, however. staff could have been more friendly and helpful, especially at the reception.

The hotel is located in a very convenient area, close to downtown and within walking distance of popular attractions like Terminal 21 and the Asoke BTS Skytrain Station. The spacious and clean room had two double beds that were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The staff here were friendly, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile to assist with any request. The variety and quality of the breakfast spread were fantastic, catering to both kids and adults with different taste preferences. In addition, the hotel's room service provided delicious local Thai cuisine, offering great options for those rainy days when you prefer to dine in.

This place is located on a not so pleasant side street in Sukhumvit, but the hotel itself is a hidden gem.

Conveniently located near transportation options and main road, the room offered a peaceful environment with comfortable bed and effective blackout curtains. The attentive staff provided excellent service, particularly the helpful concierge who assisted with transportation arrangements and local information. The hotel's facilities and cleanliness were comparable to other high-end establishments.
