I had an amazing experience at a super chilled jungle bar with an incredible vibe. The atmosphere at this place was pitch-perfect, and the group of people I met there made my stay unforgettable. The bar/seating area was the main draw, where you can grab drinks from the fridge and hang out until you're ready to explore. The owner, Tommy, was a fantastic host and even organized fun events like BBQs and boat trips. The basic bungalow I stayed in had everything I needed - a comfy bed, a bathroom, and a fan. Sure, there were bugs in the room, but come on, it's the jungle, they were there first! This place truly offered the things that are hardest to find on a tropical island holiday in Thailand. I highly recommend this hotel for a unique and authentic jungle-beach vacation.

The value for my money at Freedom Home was exceptional. The room was clean and simple, perfect for a peaceful stay on Koh Chang island. The location was ideal, close to the beach and away from the touristy areas. The staff treated me with utmost kindness and hospitality throughout my entire stay.

The breakfast offerings could use a bit more variety.
