I recently stayed at a hotel in Hat Yai and had a great experience. the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, especially the bell boys who were always there to assist with any requests. Secondly, the location of the hotel was perfect as it was just a short walk away from a famous breakfast spot, making it convenient to start the day with a delicious meal. Lastly, the rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, with a choice of either queen size or king size beds. Additionally, the price was excellent considering the value I received, with breakfast included in the package.

My stay at this hotel was fantastic and I couldn't find anything that needed improvement.

Our room had a nice city view overlooking a scenic area nearby. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The hotel is located in a quiet area, but still within walking distance to downtown. I would recommend this hotel.

The room we stayed in was spacious and comfortable, providing a relaxing atmosphere after a long day of sightseeing. The staff at the front desk were efficient and helpful, ensuring a smooth check-in process.

The water pressure in the shower could have been stronger, causing some inconvenience during hair washing.

We stayed here during Christmas and really enjoyed our time. the location was great, just a short walk to the popular breakfast spot and close to downtown. the city view from the room was stunning and helped us orient to the city. the room was very spacious, with a comfortable king-sized bed. We also appreciated the fact that there was no lady joiner fee.

There were some negative aspects that affected our overall experience. the bed was very firm, making it difficult to sleep, and there was no in-room safe.
