During my recent stay at Vela Dhi Glow Pratunam, we were impressed by the cleanliness and the helpfulness of the staff. They went above and beyond to assist us with obtaining information from Thai-speaking places over the phone, which added a personal touch to our experience. Additionally, the hotel respected our special request, making us feel valued as guests.

The hotel's location was fantastic, with easy access to nearby shopping areas and public transportation. It was perfect for a business trip. The staff was extremely polite and professional, always willing to assist. The room was comfortable and well-appointed, providing a cozy and relaxing atmosphere after a long day of work. The breakfast buffet offered a nice variety of options, including traditional dishes and made-to-order eggs. The gym, although not state-of-the-art, was functional and allowed for a quick workout before starting the day.

The key card issue on our second-to-last day was quite embarrassing and inconvenient. It would have been better if the hotel had ensured that the key cards were functioning properly throughout our stay.

The staff were excellent, always greeting you with a smile and willing to help in any way they can. the bed was huge and very comfortable, allowing for a good night's sleep. the amenities provided in the rooms were great, making it feel like home away from home.

The breakfast area was overcrowded and busy, making it difficult to fully enjoy the meal. the location was not ideal for those relying on public transport due to heavy traffic in the area.

The hotel is conveniently located just opposite Platinum shopping mall, making it easy for us to shop and explore. We also loved that it was close to many famous night markets, allowing us to experience the vibrant nightlife of the city. The room was spacious, and the bathroom was clean and well-maintained. The staff provided excellent service and were always helpful. The breakfast had a wide variety of delicious options to choose from.

The noise from the neighboring rooms was quite noticeable at times.

The staff, particularly the female receptionists, were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to accommodate our requests. They truly made us feel welcome and valued as guests. The hotel also had great amenities such as a spa and wellness center, swimming pool, and a restaurant. we had a wonderful experience here and would definitely recommend it to others.

I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money at this hotel. The room was fantastic, with a great city view from the 19th floor and an excellent bed that I wished I could take home with me. The staff were incredibly helpful and professional, assisting us with all our questions and making us feel welcome.

The morning meal could use some improvement in terms of variety.
