Loved how close it was to Bangla Road, meant you could easily pop in and out without the noise. the staff was top-notch, and Nui and Anne at reception were lovely and always ready to help, even got me to try some crickets! the only bummer was that the door in my room was a bit tricky to close properly, so it kept beeping, but not a big deal in the grand scheme of things. a fab stay, would book again next year! 🌴.

The hotel is centrally located with many nearby attractions, such as a shopping mall and a fresh food market. the staff are very friendly and helpful, and provided excellent service. the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the air conditioning was perfect.

The balcony could have used a stool or chair for smokers or those who wanted to sit in the sun. However, the soundproofing of the sliding doors was good, although there was still some ambient noise.

The location of Grace Patong is unbeatable - just a short walk to Jungceylon Mall, Patong Central Mall, Bangla Road, and Patong Beach. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, and the hotel offers convenient tour packages. The rooms are comfortable and the hotel is new and clean.

One minor downside is that the hotel is not yet on the Grab app. Additionally, there isn't a ladder in the pool, which would be a nice addition.

The location of the hotel is superb, as it is close to everything in Patong. It is conveniently situated close to the city centre and the beach, making it easy to explore the area. The rooms are new, modern, and spacious with comfortable beds. The staff provides excellent service, with friendly and helpful receptionists. The housekeeping team does a great job of maintaining high standards. The facilities, including the pool, are well-maintained and offer a pleasant experience.

The only downside mentioned by one reviewer is the lack of a ladder to get in or out of the pool.

I recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel and had a truly wonderful experience. the location was perfect, as it was conveniently close to everything in Patong. I loved that it was just a short distance away from the city center and the beautiful beach.
