We loved our stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable and the staff were very friendly and attentive. The hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the pool surrounded by lush plants and trees. The location was perfect, right beside the famous Erawan Shrine and with easy access to all the nearby malls. The breakfast was amazing, with a halal corner and a variety of delicious options.

The doormen and reception staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. And let's not forget about the breakfast buffet - it was absolutely amazing! There was a wide range of delicious options, including Thai, Asian, Middle Eastern, and Western dishes. The firm mattress in my room ensured a great night's sleep. I also appreciated having access to the gym and spa, even though I didn't have much time to use them. The gym had a good selection of equipment, perfect for a quick workout.

While my stay was overall fantastic, there were a few minor drawbacks. The breakfast area did get crowded on weekends, which meant it took a bit longer to find a table.

The breakfast and evening cocktails in the suite were outstanding, with plenty of food options to choose from. The location of the hotel was also great, close to shopping centers and the BTS station. We had a wonderful time and would definitely return to Grand Hyatt in the future.
