Very new hotel with modern amenities. Quiet location despite busy road nearby. Great touristy area with lots of dining and shopping options. Friendly and helpful staff, particularly Ayub at the front desk. Comfy beds and spacious rooms with kitchenette and lounge area. Cozy indoor slippers.

Our stay at Grand Kata VIP was fantastic! We got great value for our money and the room was lovely, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, with Kata beach just a short walk away and plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our entire stay.

The breakfast selection could have been better, with more options or some variation each day.

The hotel had a fantastic view of the city and the pool was just perfect. the location was ideal as it was just a short walk from the major tourist attractions. the breakfast was also great with a wide range of options available to choose from.

The hotel took a deposit that we had not anticipated which caused unnecessary hassle at check-in. the staff at check-out seemed disorganized and accused us of taking a bathrobe, which we had in fact returned earlier.

We had a fantastic stay at Grand Kata Vip. The location couldn't have been better - we had the option to enjoy the pool or the beach, and we often did both in the same day. There were plenty of restaurants nearby, as well as the night market. The staff, although they had some difficulty communicating in English at times, were helpful. Our room was always cleaned thoroughly, and we were impressed with the size and cleanliness of the rooms. it was a great experience and we loved our stay!

Nothing, it was perfect.

We had a great stay at this new hotel in Kata. The location was beautiful, very close to the beach and surrounded by lots of restaurants and shops. The room was spacious and clean, with a nice balcony. The staff provided excellent service, and the breakfast was delicious. We also enjoyed the rooftop swimming pool and the well-equipped gym. It was the perfect base for our vacation.

There was some construction noise during the day, which was a bit disturbing.
