There were issues with the air conditioning system in some rooms, resulting in insufficient cooling during hot weather.

During xmas, my stay was okayish. Complementary breakfast and free Wi-Fi were given, which were good. The hotel’s location was perfect for shopping and there were lots of food options around. I enjoyed exploring Hat Yai and this location made it very easy to do so.

The hotel was noisy. The walls were thin and non-soundproof, so I was disturbed by other guest’s voices all the time.

The location of Grand Pink Hotel Hatyai is fantastic, with close proximity to major shopping malls and eateries. The rooms are well kept and the new 'C' wing offers comfortable and firm mattresses. The cleaning staff is helpful and quick to respond. a good experience.

My recent stay at Grand Pink Hotel was fantastic. The strategic location was a huge plus, as it was right next to Lee Garden Plaza. I loved the easy access to food, souvenir shops, 7-Eleven, and Odean Shopping Mall. There were plenty of nice food options within walking distance, and the Ah Restaurant served delicious Chinese cuisine recommended by the lady boss of the massage shop. I also enjoyed visiting the Mini Kim Yong Market in the morning for a local breakfast and browsing affordable items like dried mushrooms and cashew nuts.

While the hotel itself was great, there were a couple of minor issues. when we checked in, there was some confusion about which building our room was located in.
