The staff is kind and efficient, providing a pleasant service experience. The breakfast offered is very good, with plenty of choices. The hotel also offers secure parking and great views of the city and the river from some rooms.

The floating restaurants by the river were closed during our visit, limiting dining options in the immediate vicinity.

The prices were affordable and the attention to detail was impressive. The location on the river provided a beautiful view from my room, which was also equipped with a great bathtub as well as a nicely appointed bathroom. The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and provided exceptional service throughout my stay. The basic amenities were top-notch, including good wifi and a great view. One highlight of my stay was the breakfast, which catered to Asian tastes and served the best fresh made scrambled eggs I've had in Thailand.

Spent my Xmas at a classic hotel right in the heart of the city. Loved the location, just a short walk from the night market and train station. the breakfast was fantastic, with proper bacon and a variety of dishes to choose from. the bed was big and comfortable, and the view from the room was most excellent. the shower had great pressure and was hot, just what I needed after a long day of sightseeing. It was great to have a cab easily ordered to the airport too.

The shower design was poor and got the ledge leading to the sink wet if used like a normal showerhead. I had a great xmas experience at this hotel and would definitely stay again despite the small issues.
