We had a fantastic time at Grand Sukhumvit Hotel. the hotel provided complimentary items for our wedding anniversary, including a delicious cake, fruits, and a beautiful room and bed decoration. the staff were prompt and spoke excellent English. the hotel is huge and very clean. the massage and spa services were professional, and the room service and bar were top-notch. We were warmly greeted throughout our stay, and the hotel is family-friendly. We were even upgraded to a suite, which was a nice surprise. the WiFi was great, and the swimming pool staff were friendly.

The hotel is conveniently located near the metro station, making it easy to navigate around the city. It is also close to the rail system, allowing for convenient travel to other areas. there are shopping areas nearby, making it a great location for those looking to indulge in retail therapy.

During our recent two-day stay at Grand Sukhumvit Hotel, we were greeted by the most pleasant and well-trained reception staff. We requested a quiet room, and to our delight, we were allocated a lovely suite on the 21st floor. The rooms were beautifully decorated with great lighting and spaciousness. The highlight was the huge bathroom equipped with a powerful shower.

We also had the chance to make use of the small outdoor pool, although it required walking through the car park. Despite the lack of staff on duty at the pool, towels were readily available, and the atmosphere was cool and pleasant.

The hotel is perfectly located in the city center, just a short walk away from the BTS sky train. With plenty of restaurants and bars nearby, you'll never run out of dining and entertainment options. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, offering a comfortable stay. The service provided by the staff is exceptional, and they are always ready to assist you. The hotel really knows how to spoil its guests! the Thanksgiving dinner was fantastic, with complimentary wine and pumpkin pie. the location is perfect, right in the heart of the city near great shopping and dining options. the gym was well-equipped, and the spa was a great way to unwind after a day of exploring.

The walls were too thin and we could hear the noise from the neighboring rooms. the breakfast buffet was a bit disappointing, with limited options for those who prefer Western-style food.
