The hotel is in a great location with an excellent shopping mall attached, offering a selection of restaurants to eat at if tired after a long day of pool or beach activities. The breakfast spread is wide and yummy. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

This hotel is situated in a fantastic location, with a shopping center right next door which is easy to access. The connected shopping mall is perfect for shopping and eating out. The breakfast is fantastic with a huge selection of food. The rooms are comfortable and equipped with free snacks and drinks in-room.

The seafood buffet served at the hotel is not of high quality.

My recent 7-night stay at Grande Centre Point was incredible. The hotel staff were friendly, professional, and quick during check-in/check-out. The rooms were spotless, with a well-stocked mini bar included. The breakfast spread was fabulous, offering a wide variety of American, European, Thai, Javanese. The swimming pool was amazing, and I loved the convenient direct access to Terminal 21 mall. the hotel provided top-notch service and facilities, making me feel right at home.

The hotel is located in a convenient location, with direct access to the Terminal 21 mall, providing excellent shopping and dining options. Guests can enjoy the excellent swimming pool and outdoor area. the free mini bar and vending machine offer added convenience for guests.

One negative aspect is the high influx of occupants, resulting in crowded areas such as the F floor coffeehouse during breakfast.

Great location, walkable to a nearby mall. The pool is enjoyable for children, and there is a well-equipped fitness center. Breakfast had a good variety of options.

We had a lovely stay at a beautiful new hotel. The rooms were comfortable and the toilet system was a great idea. The kids loved the waterpark, and being attached to a shopping center made it easy to find good food and shopping. I highly recommend this hotel.

Nothing it is perfect.

I had a great stay at this hotel for 3 nights. The room was nice, just needed a little more lighting. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were very friendly. The hotel is conveniently located next to Terminal 21 mall, which was a bonus. The swimming pool and children's area were great for my kids. The hotel also has good facilities around, including excellent restaurants.

Our Christmas stay was nice with two complementary treats waiting for us in the room. the location was great being close to a shopping center and several restaurants. We also enjoyed the swimming pool and activities areas.

There were some aspects that fell short of expectations, with some parts of the hotel not being as clean as they should be. the rooftop restaurant had a beautiful view but was rather dull, and the fact that there was no alcohol didn't help.

This hotel was absolutely luxurious! the exclusive amenities fulfilled all our needs, from the fully equipped Spa & wellness centre to the amazing outdoor swimming pool with sun loungers and beach umbrellas. the room was spacious with a nice balcony and AC, ensuring a comfortable stay. the restaurant was top-notch with a great breakfast buffet and attentive service.

The poolside snack bar could have been more appealing, but that's really the only minor issue we had with this hotel. the service provided by the front desk staff could have been more consistent but was made up for by the amazing customer service provided by the rest of the staff.
