The hotel itself was beautiful and spotlessly clean. My room had all the basic amenities I needed, including a clean and comfortable bed, a nice-sized bathroom, and an electric kettle. The view from my room was also delightful, adding to the overall positive experience. Lastly, the breakfast served was delicious, and the hot water availability as well as reliable, high-speed Wi-Fi made my stay even more comfortable.

The room was very spacious and bright, perfect for our city trip. We also appreciated the refillable water bottles that helped reduce our plastic waste. the hotel was situated in a great location, close to many attractions and restaurants. Plus, they had bikes available for rent which was a fun way to explore the city.

They were unwelcoming, unhelpful and completely lacked the famous Thai smile we had heard so much about. the reception staff seemed more interested in their smartphones than helping us and the breakfast staff didn't even say good morning or give us any instructions.
