Lovely location, close to deserted beach and bars. Polite receptionist upgraded us to Superior Room. Excellent room, well managed, good WiFi, wonderful pool with loungers. Breakfast at nearby cafe/restaurant had good choice and value. Best experience on our 10 week Thai tour.

The outdoor area was well-maintained and cozy, and the staff were always warm, friendly, and helpful. We particularly enjoyed the comfortable beds, and the location of the hotel was perfect with easy access to the beach and wonderful restaurants. Moreover, the pool was amazing, and it added a touch of fun to our stay.

Breakfast and plumbing were the only downsides of our stay. The breakfast, which we paid for, was unimpressive, and we didn't enjoy it. The plumbing in our room was also faulty, and as a result, it was only resolved on our last day, which made us uncomfortable. However, despite these minor issues, our stay was an excellent value for our money, and we would happily recommend this hotel to fellow travelers.

I was impressed with the clean and spacious rooms at Hatzanda Lanta Resort - Sha Extra Plus. The pool was also a great highlight, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The staff went above and beyond to be helpful and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable. The proximity to the beach and nice restaurants was also a bonus. I particularly appreciated the assistance from the reception when our boat got cancelled due to bad weather. They helped us change our onward travel plans, which saved us a lot of hassle. We stayed in both the standard and deluxe rooms, and while the deluxe room was more modern and had a nicer bathroom, the standard room was still comfortable and good value for money. I highly recommend Hatzanda Lanta Resort - Sha Extra Plus for a pleasant and enjoyable stay.

Clean, spacious rooms. Nice pool. Friendly, helpful staff. Close to beach and nice restaurants. Great value for money. Upgraded to deluxe room, which was modern and had a nice bathroom. Good WiFi. Comfy bed. Well-maintained outdoor area.

Felt like they were family, no complaints.
