Spotlessly clean, comfortable & upgraded suite, outstanding staff, highly recommend, great location near BTS, modern & nice.

Nothing to dislike.

If you're interested in the vibrant nightlife of Soi 4, this hotel is the perfect base. It's just a short 5-minute walk from the train station, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with large beds and well-decorated bathrooms. The friendly staff go above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. Plus, there are plenty of shopping centers nearby for all your retail therapy needs.

It's worth mentioning that some of the electrical points in the rooms can be a bit faulty.

Great location, just a short stroll away from many bars and restaurants on Soi 4. Despite its busy street location, the noise was barely noticeable. The air conditioning in the room worked exceptionally well, keeping us cool even in the heat of Bangkok. The staff at Heaven@4 were incredibly accommodating and friendly, always willing to go the extra mile to make our stay enjoyable. The room itself was spacious, nicely decorated, and well-furnished. The mini bar was well-stocked, and the prices at the hotel bar were very competitive. we had a fantastic stay at Heaven@4 and would definitely recommend it to others.

This hotel is a great value for money with its excellent location just 5 minutes away from the BTS sky train station. The staff is friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant stay. I would highly recommend the rooms with balconies for a relaxing experience.

No major issues, everything was okay.

The hotel offered great value for money with affordable prices without sacrificing the quality of the rooms. the location was also a huge plus, with various restaurants and bars within walking distance and convenient stores nearby. the hotel also offered convenient day tour packages for travelers who wanted to explore the area without hassle.

One slight downside was the soundproofing. the door was not very soundproof, and noises from the corridor were audible in the room.

heaven@4 was the perfect spot for a relaxing couple of nights in bangkok. the rooms were huge and the bed was comfortable. being close to the bts made it easy to explore the city.

Busy nana area wasn't my scene.

The staff at the hotel were fantastic and friendly, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The location is great, with plenty of bars, restaurants, and entertainment venues nearby. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with a safe deposit box and fridge. the hotel provided good value for the price.

Felt very happy, nothing to complain about.
