loved the location, could go anywhere quickly. Cooks made eggs to specification, staff were great and manager was accommodating. Pool was clean and adequate for a cool off. this property exceeded expectations, would recommend for the location.

I had such a wonderful stay at this boutique hotel. The location was perfect, nestled back in a quiet area away from the hustle and bustle. It was so peaceful and serene, allowing me to truly relax and unwind. The staff here were exceptional, always going above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The room service was prompt and efficient, and the housekeeping staff kept everything immaculately clean. I also appreciated the option to hire a car and explore the city at my own pace. It made getting around so convenient and hassle-free.

Spent Christmas here and it was a great experience! the grounds were beautiful and the staff was friendly and helpful. the small pool was fun to use and a great way to cool down in the heat. the breakfast was delicious and offered a good variety of options. the location was perfect, just a short walk to the old city and all the attractions. the rooms were clean and comfortable, with great air conditioning to combat the heat.

There were a couple of downsides. the room we stayed in had only one small window, which made it feel a bit dark and depressing.

I had a fantastic stay at Hetai Boutique House. The location was perfect, close to Chiang Mai's attractions. The room was beautifully decorated and had all the amenities I needed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The pool was a great spot to relax and cool off. The day receptionist, Mike, was friendly, helpful, and spoke excellent English. The breakfast spread was delicious, offering a variety of options to start the day. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay in Chiang Mai.
