The staff at Hi Season Hotel were incredibly helpful during my stay. I forgot to bring an adapter for my phone charger, but one of the staff members kindly lent me theirs for the night. The room was clean and big, providing plenty of space for a comfortable stay. I would recommend this hotel for its helpful staff and spacious rooms.

I recently stayed at Hi Season Hotel for 4 days and 3 nights. The accommodation was very nice, quiet, and safe. It was easy to get transportation with tuktuks always nearby. The staff were friendly and helpful, even assisting me with transport when I was stranded. The rooms were beautiful and clean, with a lovely smell. The hotel also had a little shop on the ground floor, allowing for easy access to food, and there was a small restaurant nearby. The hygiene was great, with daily room cleaning, fresh towels, and free soap, shampoo. The air conditioning worked well and the shower had separate hot and cool water faucets.

The hotel had a spacious and clean room with a complimentary breakfast and free parking. the hotel also had a quiet location which was ideal for relaxation.

The hotel had terrible customer service where some of the staff were impatient and impolite. the room did not have basic amenities like an iron and kettle, and there were only a few clothing hangers available.

This hotel offers great value for money with its affordable prices and attention to detail. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, perfect for families. We especially enjoyed the balcony, which provided a lovely view. The hotel's convenient location allowed us to easily explore all the tourist spots in the area, including major private hospitals and nearby attractions.

No improvements needed, our stay was perfect.
