Fresh, new, welcoming staff. Owner provided transport to train station. Nice, spacious room. Great location near Tesco, BTS station, local market, 7-eleven. Filtered water, laundry facilities available.

We were incredibly impressed with the hospitality at Hide. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. They even provided video instructions on how to get to the hostel, which was incredibly helpful. The room was clean and spacious, with a great air conditioning system. We were thrilled to find out that the staff had cooled the room before our arrival. Despite the language barriers, they arranged a tour to Ayutthaya for us with a friendly taxi driver. On our return, the staff greeted us with umbrellas to shield us from the rain. If we needed anything, they were always there to assist immediately. The neighborhood was peaceful, and we appreciated the quiet surroundings. We also loved the welcome drink, as well as the complimentary milk and bananas. we highly recommend this hostel for a great experience in Bangkok.

The hostel was incredibly clean and tidy, offering soap and towels. The AC worked perfectly and the staff provided a warm welcome with cold water. They allowed us to store our bags after check out and went above and beyond to help us find a taxi on a rainy and busy morning. The hostel had great amenities, including a self-service laundry machine and a common area for meeting other travelers.

The hotel is located down a quiet alley, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. This creates a peaceful atmosphere that allows for a good rest. Additionally, the staff is friendly and helpful, providing a warm welcome and offering assistance throughout your stay. The rooms come with basic amenities, including Wifi and a private locker, and some even have balconies which is a nice touch. Lastly, the breakfast provided is a great bonus, ensuring you start your day off right.

No significant negative aspects to mention, all was fine.

As a solo traveler, I loved the comfortable beds and the well-functioning AC. The clean bathroom with shower gel and shampoo made my stay even more convenient. The hostel provided towels for the private rooms, and the well-equipped small kitchen was a great bonus. I also appreciated that they offered breakfast, although I didn't have a chance to try it.

I had a decent stay overall. the hostel was situated in a great area, close to a mall and train station which made it easy to get around. the staff were really helpful and friendly, they provided a simple yet tasty breakfast. the hostel was decorated nicely, giving it a cozy feel.

I was not impressed with the overall cleanliness of the place. the room was not swept regularly and I was unsure how to dispose of my garbage.
