Great ocean view, well-maintained, diverse breakfast buffet, convenient location, big pool, attentive staff.

Nothing that I didn't like.

The hotel is situated in a fantastic location in the heart of the city, near the lively night market and with direct access to the beach. Relaxing on the beach and taking walks in the area are a nice plus. The gym and pool facilities are well-maintained and excellent for a relaxing vacation. The rooms are spacious with comfortable beds and nice-looking interiors.

Some service flaws detracted from our stay. Breakfast could also be rushed and the service quality could be better.

The hotel is conveniently located under the canopy, making it easy to access the surrounding attractions. Despite the crowded breakfast area, we managed to grab some good food before impatient Chinese guests pushed in. The Executive drinks package allowed us to relax and enjoy a variety of drinks. The room was spacious with a comfortable bed and a clean bathroom. The service was friendly and accommodating. The breakfast had a wide variety of choices. We also enjoyed the beautiful view from the swimming pools and the beach.

The layout of the steps to the pool area was not very accessible for individuals with visual impairment.

I was pleasantly surprised by the location of the hotel, right at the end of Hua Hin beach. The variety of restaurants nearby and the night market within walking distance made it convenient for dining and shopping. Plus, the upgrade to the refurbished executive room was definitely worth it.

While my room was comfortable, I did notice that it looked a bit outdated. I also experienced some inconvenience with the lifts not working properly, resulting in waiting times.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city with access to the ocean, walking street, and restaurants. It was great to be able to walk right outside and enjoy the beach. I also appreciated not needing a car for everything, unlike in areas further outside. The hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the pool. The breakfast was amazing with a wide variety of choices. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

Fitness center equipped with free facilities including tennis courts, sauna, snooker, and a playground. Swimming pools and beach front are well-maintained and surrounded by trees. Located close to night market, local restaurants, and cafes.

We had a wonderful stay at the resort and were thrilled to be upgraded to a beautiful corner suite overlooking the ocean. The veranda was huge and had comfortable outdoor furniture, allowing us to enjoy the stunning views from all angles. The bed was incredibly comfortable, with crisp clean sheets provided daily. The hotel toiletries were top-notch and the newly renovated room was a delight. The breakfast, although not included in our package, was superb with a great selection. The staff were professional, helpful, and friendly throughout our stay. The pool and surrounds were also very impressive, and the location was perfect, close to the beach and downtown restaurant/bar area. The gym facilities were also good. we had a fantastic experience at Hilton.

The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the town. The pool was great and the room was very spacious with a fantastic view. The staff were friendly and accommodating. I would recommend staying here.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Hua Hin and I couldn't be happier with the value I got for my money. The room was newly renovated and absolutely fantastic, with a big balcony and a super comfy bed. The location was also great, with bars and restaurants nearby and a beautiful pool area with easy access to the beach. The staff were incredibly professional and went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. I work in hospitality myself and I would highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel breakfast menu could benefit from having more vegetarian options.

Our stay at the hotel was filled with luxury and exclusive amenities that made our trip memorable. The staff at the Executive Lounge provided exceptional services, especially Prim, who made us feel like royalty. The room was neat, cozy and had a panoramic view of the mesmerizing sea. The reservation team promptly responded to our requests regarding room arrangements, including connecting rooms and a baby cot. The housekeeping staff was amazing and very accommodating to our needs, fulfilling requests for extra towels and pillows without any trouble. The pool and poolside snack bar were top-notch, adding to our already luxurious stay.

Although our stay was fantastic, there was one minor issue when the front desk forgot to give us the bill, and we had to return and ask again for it. The long wait was made even worse when we met with a different person who could not locate any record for our billing details.

The hotel had a wide range of amenities and the buffet breakfast was outstanding, with a vast selection of international foods. The location was excellent, with plenty of options for bars and restaurants within walking distance. Additionally, the private section of the beach and the swimming pool area were great for relaxing and enjoying the sun.

The beach area in front of the hotel was narrow and crowded with independent vendors setting up umbrellas and sun loungers tightly packed together, making it difficult to walk along the beach.
