Not one thing.

My recent stay at Centara was excellent. the staff were friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. I was pleasantly surprised by the size of the rooms, and the hotel lobby was impressive. the location was convenient, with a nice view to top it off. What was meant to be a one-day stay turned into three days because I enjoyed it so much. it exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend it.

Although my stay was exceptional, I did find the laundry charges to be exorbitant and it left a sour taste in my mouth. Additionally, I noticed that the furnishings in my room appeared a bit dated.

Great service and friendly staff. The rooms were spacious and nicely decorated. Loved the convenience of having a 7-11 right across the street. The hotel provided a shuttle service and using Grab was affordable and convenient for exploring the city.

There was some noise from outside events that could be heard even on higher floors. Limited choice of western-style food on the restaurant dinner menu.

As youngsters, we loved the great gym and friendly staff. The lobby had two working computers and a printer, and the view was amazing. The spa offered fantastic massages, and the location was convenient for exploring Chiang Mai.
