I recently stayed at Holiday Inn Silom in Bangkok for a quick stopover on my way to Kuala Lumpur. The location was perfect, with shops, markets, and restaurants within walking distance. The hotel had a lovely ambience, both inside and out. The room was clean, comfortable, and had extra comfortable beds. The breakfast spread was impressive with a good variety of western, Indian, and Thai food. The staff were friendly and helpful, from the cleaning staff to the receptionists and doormen.

The hotel's complimentary tuktuk service to the Surasak BTS station was a convenient perk. We also appreciated the cleanliness of the rooms and bathrooms, as well as the comfortable beds. The breakfast spread had a good variety, including options for vegetarians and even Indian food.

We felt very well taken care of during our stay, with the staff going above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. Nothing was too much trouble for them.

The hotel's location in a good area with plenty of restaurants and close proximity to Lumpini Park was very convenient. The staff were excellent and went above and beyond to make our 3-night stay comfortable. we highly recommend this hotel.

I had such a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The location is incredibly convenient, making it easy to access and leave if you're coming with a car. It's also just a short walk to the Skytrain station and Sathorn Pier for Riverboats. There are so many amazing restaurants and eateries in the area, as well as shopping options, money changers, supermarkets, and convenience stores. It's truly a traveler's paradise.

Spent Christmas at a gorgeous hotel and enjoyed two complementary drinks by the pool. the location was excellent, only a short taxi ride or 20-minute walk to the nearest shopping area. the staff was friendly and attentive making our stay even more enjoyable.

The hotel room did not have designated outlets in the bathroom, making it difficult to dry your hair while looking in the mirror. the breakfast coffee was machine-brewed and not to our liking.
