Hongkhao Village was an oasis of tranquility, with its beautiful pool, teak wood, and antique decor. the Lanna vibe was evident throughout, creating a unique and inviting atmosphere. the breakfast area was a pleasant surprise, surpassing any restaurant or cafe in the city. the staff was exceptional, going above and beyond to cater to our needs with quickness, responsiveness, and efficiency. They even arranged a private driver for us at a great price. We want to especially mention Teera, Ken, Ket, and Pon, who made our stay truly memorable. the rooms were lovely, and the pool area was a peaceful haven surrounded by palm trees and plants. We highly recommend Hongkhao Village to anyone visiting the area.

The hotel offered a peaceful retreat amidst the bustling city. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. They were warm, welcoming, and always ready to assist. Lastly, the rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated with traditional Thai wooden furniture. The veranda provided a relaxing spot to unwind after a long day of exploring. Plus, the beds were exceptionally comfortable, guaranteeing a good night's sleep. And let's not forget the delicious breakfast that was included, complete with fresh fruits to start the day off right.

Each day, fresh tropical fruit was delivered to my room, adding a special touch to my stay. Although the breakfast wasn't the best I've had in Southeast Asia, it was still tasty. The only minor hiccup was the lack of information from one of the night staff members, which caused me to miss out on some temples outside of town. However, I take partial responsibility for not planning ahead. Despite these small flaws, I would highly recommend this hotel for its dream-like setting and serene vibe. my experience was exceptional and I would definitely stay here again if I visit the area.

The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, boutique and stylish hotel, tranquil and newly built in historic Thai style, spacious rooms and comfortable beds, convenient location to the airport and city center, delicious breakfast with a variety of options.

Everything was fantastic.

The breakfast was decent, and there were a couple of complementary facts offered that were nice bonuses. the location was in a convenient area, and it was easy to get around. the rooms were pretty spacious, and we appreciated the extra advantage of having a pool.

The staff wasn't very welcoming, and they didn't understand English very well. We had some issues with our room not being cleaned properly, and it took a while to get it sorted.

our second stay in chiang mai exceeded expectations. hongkhao village's friendly staff, beautiful surroundings, and spacious rooms made it an oasis. enjoyed the breakfast, booked activities at front desk, and celebrated loy krathong. highly recommend for couples or families.

The bed was large and comfortable, and the bathroom had two types of showers to choose from. The air conditioning kept us cool throughout our stay. The pool, surrounded by lush plants, was a lovely spot to relax. The staff were friendly and attentive, providing us with mosquito repellent when needed.
