Beautiful stay in Karon beach resort. We were lucky to be upgraded to a deluxe room in the Adults club wing, which was calm and private. The main swimming pool was big enough and secluded from children. The variety of breakfast choices, including the egg cooking stand, was impressive. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant and enjoyable stay.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The location was amazing, with breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside and easy access to the beach. The location of the hotel is very convenient, with Karon Beach just at the bottom of the hill. It's easy to walk down to the beach or find a taxi rank nearby. There's also a great restaurant across from the hill up to the resort. The rooms are spacious and the bathrooms are clean. The staff provides helpful and friendly service. The buffet breakfast offers a wide variety of delicious food.

The lack of regular shuttle bus services to Patong is disappointing.

The breakfast buffet was good and there were a lot of choices available. The shuttle service to the nearby attractions was frequent and convenient, making it easy to explore the area. The hotel was situated in a great location, surrounded by lush greenery and close to the beach.

The room was small and cramped, lacking adequate space for movement. The bathroom facilities were outdated and poorly maintained, with low water pressure in the shower and a non-functional sun umbrella. The overall appearance of the room was run-down and uninviting.
