During our stay at Hotel Baraquda Pattaya By Heeton, we were delighted to find the location to be perfect. It was centrally located, with the beach, bars, shops, and restaurants all within walking distance. The hotel itself exceeded our expectations, with spacious rooms and a fantastic pool. The breakfast was superb, and we enjoyed evening cocktails at the great rooftop restaurant. We were grateful for the upgrade provided by the wonderful KF and Maev at the front desk for their efficient check-in and check-out process. The friendly and helpful staff made our experience even more enjoyable.

I had a fantastic stay at the hotel! The location was terrific and the rooms were well thought out and designed. The buffet breakfast offered a good choice and quality of food. The staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. I was impressed with the quick response from the manager and chef when I left a note expressing my satisfaction. I will definitely be coming back and would like to thank Compass Hospitality for their excellent service.

The location of this hotel is superb, with easy access to various shopping malls and a short walk to the beach. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The rooms are comfortable, and the pool area is a great place to relax. The breakfast offers a wide variety of choices, ensuring a satisfying start to the day.

There were some noise issues in the neighborhood, which can be a bit bothersome at times.

The rooms and facilities were outdated and in need of renovation and maintenance. the air conditioning was not effective and made for an uncomfortable sleeping experience.

The exclusive room advantages include a private facilities that accent the lavish experience. The location advantages make it central and easily accessible, perfect for exploring the city.

The only minor issue we encountered was the live entertainment - while still enjoyable, it was not up to the standard we expected from this hotel.
