I had a great New Year's experience at the hotel. the staff were friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. the location was perfect, with easy access to key attractions and the BTS skytrain. I also enjoyed the fabulous rooftop bar, which had a great atmosphere and friendly staff.

One downside was that there was a private function at the hotel's restaurant, which we were not informed about. It would have been helpful to know about this beforehand.

I loved the cleanliness of the rooms and the hotel facilities. The rooftop pool was amazing with fantastic views of the city. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, with quick access to the airport and close proximity to a metro station, Char restaurant, Lumpini park, and shops and restaurants.

I had an incredible stay at this hotel. The breakfast buffet was fantastic and one of the best I have experienced in my travels. The staff at breakfast were incredibly polite and on hand for extra requests too. The rooms are extremely comfortable and decadent, and even though we stayed in a standard twin room, it felt like something much more upmarket. The hotel is in a great location, very close to interesting places, and it offers nice views. The staff at this hotel were super friendly and amazingly efficient, making me feel welcome and well taken care of throughout my stay.

Executive room has large bathroom, balcony, and great views. Hotel is clean, nicely decorated, near skytrain and big park. Top floor swimming pool is incredible. Staff are pleasant and helpful. Breakfast could have wider selection and room service menu more options.

The hotel had a great rooftop pool with a stunning view of the city skyline. the staff were also friendly and attentive, providing excellent service throughout my stay. Additionally, the location of the hotel was convenient, with easy access to public transportation and nearby shopping malls.

I was disappointed with the size of the rooms. They were quite small and cramped, leaving little space to move around comfortably.

Nothing everything was great

We were thrilled with the luxurious amenities at this venue. the Spa & Wellness Centre offered a variety of relaxing treatments, the restaurant had excellent food options, and the private facilities were exclusive and delightful. the service was superb , the staff was attentive, friendly and made us feel at home.

We faced a minor issue with the bar area , the Poolside snack bar closed earlier than we expected. We were hoping to get a late, night snack and drink, but unfortunately missed out due to the early closing time.

Breakfast selection, friendly staff, clean and spacious room, convenient location near monorail and subway, great pool and rooftop bar.

We had a fantastic stay at Indigo. The location was perfect, with Phloen Chit Station nearby and easy access to central and Pattunam. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, making us feel welcome. The rooms were clean and stylish, with a great design and comfortable beds. The breakfast buffet was phenomenal, with a wide variety of options and polite staff. The infinity pool was a lovely addition, and the gym was well-maintained. our experience at Indigo was wonderful.

Nothing that I didn't like about the hotel.

We absolutely loved the breakfast at Hotel Indigo Bangkok Wireless Road! The a la carte menu gave us a wide selection of Thai and Western dishes to choose from. The mini buffet with bread, juices, sauces, cereal, milk. They even have a good menu for vegetarians! The staff, from bellhop to reception to restaurant wait staff, were all friendly, professional, and efficient. The rooms were super clean, and the hotel is located in a safe neighborhood. It's also conveniently just 2 BTS stops away from Siam. We also enjoyed the nearby food court at Central Embassy.

We enjoyed our stay at Indigo. The infinity pool and jacuzzi with stunning views of the city was the highlight of our trip. The Thai food from room service was authentic and delicious. we would recommend this hotel.
