They are attentive, caring, and kind, always ready to help and offer recommendations. The hotel's architecture and interior design are impressive, with a beautiful color scheme and attention to detail. The location is perfect, within walking distance of the old town, night markets, and many restaurants and coffee shops. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-equipped, offering great value for money. The hotel also has a gym and swimming pool for guests to enjoy.

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel in a lively neighborhood near the night bazaar. The location was perfect for exploring all the tourist areas on foot. The room was clean and comfortable, with a spacious bathroom and a great view from the window. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The breakfast was delicious and there were many facilities available, including a beautiful pool and a cozy lobby area.

We did experience some mosquito bites during our stay.

It was an amazing experience staying here! the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. the breakfast menu options were absolutely delicious, with a great variety to choose from. the location was perfect, just a short walk away from both the old town and the night markets. We also loved the fact that we could order two plates for breakfast. It's a great way to start the day!

We did notice there were quite a few mosquitoes around, but the hotel had mosquito repellent available which helped a lot. we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

The staff at Hotel Loy are some of the best I have ever encountered. They went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and well-being during my stay. One particular staff member, Zen, always greeted me with a warm smile and took the time to recommend places to visit and eat. Their attentiveness and caring nature made me feel like a valued guest.

New hotel, modern rooms with good AC. Delicious breakfast with plenty of options. Great location, quiet street off main road, close to old city and night market. Friendly and helpful staff.

They were friendly, helpful, and always available to assist us. We were amazed by the level of service we received, which rivaled that of even 5-star hotels we have stayed at in the past. The hotel itself was beautifully designed, with a dark-wooden colonial style that added a touch of elegance to our stay. The pool was a highlight, providing a stylish and relaxing spot to cool off after a day of exploring.
