We had a great experience staying at M. The location was perfect, right next to the Sunday Walking Street and surrounded by plenty of restaurants and spas. The hotel provided a free shuttle to the Central Festival and the airport, which made transportation very convenient. We also appreciated the easy access to other forms of transportation just outside the hotel. The housekeeping staff did a fantastic job cleaning our room, and we were impressed with how quiet both the room and the hallway were. The Wifi worked well, with only a few minor interruptions. M provided a comfortable and convenient base for exploring Chiang Mai.

It was great being in the heart of all the action on New Year's Day. The breakfast buffet was decent, offering a variety of options. While not the best we've had in Thailand, it was still enjoyable. The highlight was definitely the new pool, which was absolutely stunning. The only downside is that it's not heated.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was ideal, being right next to the Old Town wall and within walking distance to all the main tourist attractions in the city. It was also conveniently located near the weekend market and the start of the Sunday walking market. The breakfast provided was delicious and had a good variety of options. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing a lovely pickup service from the airport and even giving us a helpful tuk-tuk guide of the temples.

my stay at m chiang mai was even better than my previous visit to the city. the location was perfect, right next to the sunday walking street and close to restaurants and spas. the free shuttle to central festival and the airport was a great convenience. overall, a fantastic experience.

I stayed at this hotel in Chiang Mai and had a great experience. The location was perfect, right next to the Tha Phae gate and the Sunday night market. There were plenty of temples, restaurants, markets, and tour companies nearby. The staff, especially the male staff member who checked me in, were fantastic. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with comfy beds and good air conditioning. I also appreciated the reading light beside the bed. The hotel provided a free airport pick up and drop off, which was very convenient. I enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay here again.
