the location was perfect! not touristy, but close to the pier for easy access to all of bangkok. plenty of delicious local food stalls nearby. the room was modern, clean, and had all the amenities i needed. the host was incredibly friendly and helpful.

this hotel was everything I wanted and more! it was super local and gave me a real thai experience. the room had all the amenities I needed, the AC worked perfectly, and the host was extremely helpful. even though it's not near the main tourist attractions, it was easy and quick to get there. I absolutely loved my stay at this brand new hotel!

Tricky to get Grab/e-hailing services.

We loved the cozy rooms with mosquito nets and the convenient laundry service. The location was perfect with lots of restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The ferry station was also close by, making it easy to explore the city by water. The WiFi, although not always stable, was sufficient for streaming and video calls.

I had a fantastic time staying at the House Of Happiness for my trip to Bangkok. The accommodation was spacious and comfortable, and located just a short walk away from a bustling street full of authentic street food and convenience stores. Public transport, including boats, was easily accessible within 10 minutes, allowing me to explore the entire city with ease. The host, Jar, was incredibly helpful and responsive, offering helpful recommendations and even accommodating a late check-out without any issues. a perfect place to stay!

House Of Happiness provided excellent value for money with spacious and well-equipped rooms. The location was interesting, tucked away in an alley leading to historical sites on the riverside. The staff was responsive, helpful, and made my check-in process smooth. The balcony offered a charming view of the New Year's fireworks, and the cost per night was outstandingly economical.

Food for breakfast could use some improvement.
