We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and well taken care of. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the amazing service. Our room was incredibly spacious with a walk-in closet, giving us plenty of room to spread out. The hotel's design is beautiful, and its location right next to Nana station was super convenient for exploring the city. We also enjoyed the delicious food served in the lounge and had a memorable celebration at the restaurant. This will definitely be our go-to hotel whenever we're in the Sukhumvit area.

Staffs were accommodating and suggested cost-friendly travel options. Surprised my friend with a birthday gift and flowers. Lounge had good environment and food. Spectrum team on 29th floor was excellent, especially Khun Ju. Walkway link to BTS was convenient.

The free Easter eggs and chocolates were a nice touch, and the hotel's location was spot on. the room was comfortable and clean with everything you could need. Another lovely advantage of staying here was the friendly and helpful staff who really went the extra mile to make our stay enjoyable.

The high room prices left a sour taste in our mouths. the small pool was filled with noisy children, and there was no separate pool for them to enjoy.
