The value for money was great and the room was clean and comfortable. The hotel's location in the old town was perfect, with a great coffee and breakfast place nearby. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to help and support us, especially the manager who provided excellent recommendations and always had a smile on his face.

There are plenty of options for dining and shopping in the vicinity, making it convenient for budget travelers. The rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and well-maintained bathrooms. The staff is helpful and accommodating, ensuring a pleasant stay. The buffet breakfast offers a variety of choices, including both Western and Chinese dishes. Guests can also enjoy beautiful views of the hills from some of the rooms.

One downside is that the hotel is not within walking distance of the beaches, requiring a tuk-tuk or taxi ride to reach them.

Our stay at I Pavilion Hotel Phuket was great. Close to Old Phuket Town, we enjoyed exploring the shops and attractions nearby. The room had a nice big window with a view, and the breakfast had a few western options to choose from. we had a comfortable and enjoyable experience at the hotel.

We loved the perfect location, just a short walk to the Fresh Market and Dibuk Street for the night markets and temples. The easy access to Karon Beach to see Big Buddha was a bonus. It truly felt like stepping back in time. Plus, the hotel's nice big windows provided great views.

Spent my New Year's Eve in a hotel in Phuket that was amazing. the view from the balcony was spectacular, especially during the fireworks. the staff was super friendly and always smiling, always ready to offer any assistance like giving nearby location suggestions and ordering taxis. the pool was crystal clear and perfect for taking a dip on a hot day. the food offered was delicious, especially the local cuisine. One more impressive thing was the modern interior design and spacious area, which was appreciated when you had to share the room with a family.

One thing to note about the hotel is that it is a bit far from the town, which made it difficult to explore other places on foot, however, taxis were always available just outside the hotel entrance. it was a bit confusing to find the entrance of the hotel at first since it was not in the location that was available on our GPS.

Although there was nothing much to see around the hotel, a Tuk Tuk can easily take you to the attractions nearby. Besides, it's only a 15-minute walk uphill to the Chino-Portugese local house area, where you can explore the historical architecture and immerse yourself in the local culture.
