Mind-blowing location near IMPACT Arena with a convenient sky bridge for easy access. Super comfy bed with lots of pillows. Jaw-droppingly clean with responsive and hospitable staff.

We were able to easily travel to the nearby Impact Arena with the hotel's complimentary shuttle bus. The staff were friendly and provided great suggestions for nearby food options. Our room had a beautiful view of the city from the 19th floor. we had a pleasant stay.

Nothing, all was good

The staff was amazing and always eager to help in any way they could. the breakfast was also a nice surprise, as it exceeded my expectations. I was happy to find a wide variety of dishes and fresh fruits every day. the location was very convenient as it was just a short walk to the arena and there was also a shuttle bus available for guests.

The location itself. It was quite far from the heart of Bangkok, which meant that there wasn't much to see or do nearby.

The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, providing a smooth check-in process and offering assistance with any requests. The spacious lobby and sparkling clean rooms provide a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The breakfast buffet offers generous options for a satisfying meal.

The check-in process can be slow at times, with long queues leading to waiting times.

It's close to the Impact convention center and arena, which is great if you plan to attend events there. Felt warmly welcomed with no reason to complain

This hotel boasts a fantastic location! It's just a short walk away from the Impact Arena and SCG stadium, which makes it the perfect place to stay if you're attending an event there. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff is friendly and accommodating. Plus, the food court at Impact Exhibition Hall provides with many options.

It would be even better if there were more amenities, such as a pool or a gym, available for guests to use.

We've stayed at Ibis Bangkok Impact multiple times for concerts in the area, and the location is perfect for us. the hotel is strategically located with an easy skywalk to popular locations and a shuttle bus available for transportation around the impact area. the staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. the food served is delicious, not overly seasoned, and the rooms are always clean with brand new linens.
