We had an amazing time at this venue. The location right by the busy river was perfect. We enjoyed the beautiful view of the river, and it was also very convenient to be in an area close to the asiatique riverside. The free shuttle service was incredibly helpful and the staff were always willing to help. The swimming pool and garden area were excellent, and we appreciated the sun loungers and beach umbrellas provided. We also took advantage of the full body massage services, which were top-notch.

We had some minor issues with the staff being inflexible in the handling of our requests for transportation and directions, but overall, we would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

The hotel's breakfast buffet was quite good and had a lot of variety. , the complimentary Wi-Fi was reliable, which was really helpful. The location of the hotel was quite nice as well, with plenty of street food vendors nearby and a free shuttle that could take you to a nearby transit station.

The room was a bit disappointing, as it felt quite small and basic. the pool wasn't very clean and there wasn't much to do for young children.
