It made exploring the ancient town of Chiang Mai incredibly convenient. The rooms were clean, spacious, and provided utmost comfort. The staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring a quick check-in process. I particularly appreciated their support in managing the limited parking space for guests with cars. Despite the minor inconvenience, they went above and beyond to assist. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service, prime location, and comfortable accommodations.

The location was convenient with restaurants and shops nearby. there were helpful receptionists, and the room had basic facilities available.

The cleanliness was not up to standard, and there were unpleasant smells in the bathroom. the walls were thin, allowing for loud noise to be heard at night causing sleep disturbance.

I must say, the location of this hotel was top-notch. It was conveniently situated near the main attractions, making it easy to explore the area. the discount at McDonald's for hotel guests was a nice bonus. I enjoyed grabbing a quick meal there without having to venture too far. the USB wall socket in the room was a lifesaver for charging my devices.

I could hear all the noise from outside, especially in the morning during breakfast preparation. It was quite frustrating and definitely interrupted my sleep.
