Staying in a Deluxe room, the kids loved the space. Every morning we enjoyed breakfast with a sea view at their restaurant, which had decent prices! we even had a nice chat with the staff about the best spots for snorkeling!

It wasn't exactly a bargain, but overall, the experience was worth it.

Shower smelt unpleasantly!!! There was no cupboard for clothing!!! The sink had plumbing issues that were ignored!!! Fixing these small details would elevate the experience immensely!!!

My stay at In Touch Resort was truly relaxing. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and offered stunning views from the balcony. The close proximity to Sairee beach was perfect for my morning swims, and the garden provided a lovely, peaceful vibe. Daily complimentary water refills were a nice touch too.

However, the restaurant service was occasionally chaotic, especially during busy hours. I noticed some staff were more interested in socializing than attending to guests, which was a bit disappointing. Also, while the food was decent, it lacked a memorable twist. Although everything else was great, these small issues kept it from being perfect.

I encountered numerous issues during my stay that left me quite disappointed. The shower had significant water pressure and temperature fluctuations, making it difficult to enjoy a comforting wash. Additionally, I found the overall cleanliness to be lacking, with some areas showing signs of neglect—especially concerning was the presence of ants in the bathroom. Despite reporting these issues to the staff, there was no noticeable improvement in my experience throughout my visit.

the staff is super friendly and always there to help out, like with scooter rentals and stuff. the view from my balcony was amazin'. The beach is right there, so perfect for chillin' after a day of snorklin'. the restaurant’s vibe is really nice at sunset, and they play cool music while you eat. also loved how clean my room was, really spacious too!

This place suits me perfectly and provides everything I need, like free wi-fi in public areas, air conditioning, beach access, and a wonderful restaurant. On my first stay, staff helped me with great dining recommendations. Highly recommend trying the snorkeling! I'm coming back for a city break.
