The property was very big with spacious family suites and stunning views. The staff were friendly and the cleaning was great. The pools were nice and the room service was fast.

Located in a convenient position away from the main hustle and bustle of Patong beach, this hotel is close to Patong town centre and overlooks the beautiful Patong Bay, providing stunning views from the Oceanfront Deluxe Rooms. The outside shower is a unique touch, adding to the tropical feel of the room. The buffet breakfast offers a range of Western and Asian dishes, and the free shuttle bus to the main shopping area is a welcome touch.

Service can be inconsistent at times.

We loved the spacious villa with amazing views, friendly staff, and excellent breakfast. The shuttle service and modified pickups made getting around easy. Kitchen facilities were great and the small pool in our room was a highlight.

My husband and I had a fabulous stay at Indochine Resort And Villas - Sha Extra Plus. The staff was welcoming and helpful, and the view from our villa was breathtaking. We loved the plunge pool and shuttle service to town. highly recommended.

I loved the pool at St Tropez beach club. The bistro provided a memorable dining experience. The views were stunning. IndoChine Green Festival showcased 'nutraceutical' cuisine. The blend of Indochinese and Western cuisines was delicious. The music was sophisticated and made time fly. The private pools were a great addition.

This hotel provided a truly luxurious experience with exclusive amenities available. Service was exceptional with the staff being attentive, polite, and professional. The outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace were both clean and well-maintained, providing a relaxing environment for guests.

One minor issue was that the massage service could have been better in terms of quality. However, this did not significantly impact our overall experience.

What a stunning city break that was! the breakfast was fresh, appetizing and offered both Western and Eastern options. I also appreciated the free transportation service to the city center. the staff were so friendly and hospitable.

The hotel is a bit outdated, particularly the restaurant atmosphere and the wardrobes need an upgrade. the electric sockets were very loose, and they definitely require fixing.
