The hotel had nice facilities including a good pool and good food options. the staff was very accommodating and went out of their way to help us. It was also nice that the hotel was in a central location, making it easy to explore the local area.

The price was quite high and our room was not worth the amount we paid. the room was not as clean as we had expected and we found some insects in our bed.

The hotel offers stunning hilltop views of the gulf of Thailand and the Koh Chang NP. The rooms are modern, well looked after, and offer a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle. The staff is friendly, helpful, and go above and beyond to make guests feel welcome.

The communication could be improved due to language barriers with some staff members.

Great staff, with one fluent English speaker always available. Stunning view from infinity pool. Peaceful atmosphere despite being fully booked. Daily room service and provided water. 15 min walk or scooter rental for access to south beach. Good facilities and shuttle service available.
