The property is fantastically located with a 5min walk to the beach and offers wonderfully appointed rooms. The spacious and clean bathrooms are a plus. The breakfast spread is varied and starts early in the day. The pool is adequate and clean. The staff is helpful and always ready to assist with a smile. One staff member even lent me her cell phone when I had phone trouble. great location and facilities for those on a budget.

I had a wonderful stay at Iyara Beach. The location was great, with the beach just steps away and a shopping street nearby. The staff, especially Mr. Witthaya and Khun Som, were incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and well-equipped, perfect for a beach holiday. The restaurant served good food and the drinks at the London Bus were amazing. I also enjoyed the beachfront massage and the TV with American movies. I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel.
