The spacious room features two TVs, air conditioning, and a large balcony with a decent view. the staff is friendly and helpful, making the stay pleasant. Although there is no round-the-clock assistance, the pool and gym facilities are impressive for a relaxing time. One downside could be occasional issues with hot water for showering.

stayed at the residence on soi 9 and it was just perfect. spacious apartment, two TVs, two air cons, and a lovely balcony overlooking the area. short walk to the bustling beachfront shops and eateries, yet peaceful at night. friendly and welcoming staff added to the enjoyable experience.

The hotel is situated very close to the beach and numerous restaurants. It is in a quieter part of Jomtiem Beach, making it easy to relax, but still with easy access to everything you need. The rooms are equipped with all amenities, ensuring a comfortable stay.

I had a fantastic stay at Jomtien Beach Residence. The location was perfect, right next to the beach and with easy access to central Jomtien via the baht bus. The apartment itself was spacious and impeccably clean. The staff were incredibly helpful and efficient.

The WiFi was generally good, although there were a few occasions when it was unavailable for several hours, which was a bit frustrating.

The staff was friendly and welcoming and the security system was well taken care of. the hotel had an underground car parking and a good gym, though the latter was not of much use to me. the location was 5 minutes’ walk from the beach and transportation was easily accessible. the balcony was large and comfortably furnished, which allowed me to have a relaxing time with a nice view.

The first of my two visits to this place was unremarkable due to the blandness of the room and the lack of enthusiasm from the staff, but the second time I stayed, I was pleased with the cleanliness and decoration of the well-kept apartment. the only issue was the slippery floors, which made it difficult to walk with wet feet.
