I had a great stay at Jomtien Palm Beach Hotel And Resort - Sha Extra Plus. The breakfast was delicious and the pools were very nice. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach. I highly recommend this hotel.

We had an incredible vacation at a resort close to the beach and a long esplanade with plenty of amenities. The staff provided exceptional service, cleaning the room daily and accommodating our needs. Our favorite place was the large swimming pool with a separate pool for kids, plenty of sun loungers, and a lawn area to relax on. The breakfast buffet was diverse and included both Asian and Western cuisine. We especially enjoyed the fruit selection.

Although the hotel location was fantastic, the room could use a bit of refurbishment.

The hotel facilities were old and not up to standard. There was a noticeable smell of smoking in the non-smoking rooms.

I had a fantastic stay at Jomtien Palm Beach. The rooms were comfortable and clean, with spacious amenities that met my expectations. The buffet breakfast was a highlight, offering a great variety of delicious food. The two pools were perfect for swimming and enjoying the beautiful beach view. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Great value for the price, with an excellent location just steps away from the beach, shops, and restaurants. the Thai breakfast and fruit selection was delicious and refreshing. the poolside clean towels were a nice touch and the staff in the lobby as well as cleaning attendant were always friendly and helpful, making our stay more enjoyable.

The noise level was too high, especially for those who were given rooms near the busy drop-off and pick-up area for the buses. the lack of balconies in the rooms and the early pool closing time were a bit disappointing.

The hotel is conveniently located near central Pattaya and the bus station, making it easy to explore the area. The hotel has beautiful landscaping and plenty of pool deck area for guests to enjoy. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with nice views from the windows. The staff provides excellent service, allowing early check-in and ensuring a pleasant stay. The breakfast buffet offers a good selection of food.

Some guests mentioned issues with the air conditioning, which could be noisy at night and affect sleep quality.

The hotel offered luxurious amenities that satisfied my needs for a relaxing experience. the Spa & wellness centre and Sauna were exceptional. the Swimming pool was impressive and provided an amazing outdoor swimming pool experience. Beach access was an added bonus to the venue. the massage and garden area were both fantastic, and the room advantages of the private facilities made for a peaceful escape. the restaurant and snack bar were perfect for a quick bite. the buffet breakfast was extensive and provided the perfect start to the day.

Directly in the city center, with a perfect location next to the main square. Clean and spacious rooms with plenty of natural daylight. Well-equipped kitchen with all the necessary facilities. Friendly and helpful staff.

The value for money at this hotel was excellent, and the room was spacious and comfortable with a good WiFi connection. The location was perfect, right on Jomtien beach with a partial ocean view, and the staff were incredibly hospitable and friendly.

The only thing that could make the breakfast better would be to have more variety of choices.

A peaceful environment, comfortable atmosphere, great location on the beach, big swimming pool, nice breakfast.

There was nothing I didn't like.
